Pastor Bill brings a wealth of experience to his role, with fourteen years as a senior pastor, eleven years as a faculty member at Ohio Christian University, and a decade as the Director of Operations at Child Hope International. He holds a Doctorate of Ministry degree from Liberty Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity degree. Pastor Bill and his wife Debbie are blessed with eight children and fourteen grandchildren.
